WHO IS PURPOSE?

 

Purpose Fitness Australia was founded in 2016 by Head Coach, Jarrod Miller, Jarrod founded Purpose Fitness in the pursuit to change the industry and to help individuals identify their 'PURPOSE'. 

 

Our mission as a company is to provide education to the market to help educate consumers on the correct methods which are proven through scientific studies. As we continue to educate, we aim to motivate individuals to find their 'PURPOSE' and unlock their true potential with our support. With education and motivation we will transform this industry step by step to a new quality whilst helping transform the lives of people every day. 

'PURPOSE' is a matter of asking yourself these simple questions; 
How do I want to be remembered?
How do I want to help other people?

What do I want to achieve in life?

It is about realising why you were put on this earth. It is about unlocking and pushing the greatest limits of yourself and your potential. Operating at the highest level so we can do something that has never been done before. Helping other to change and to unlock their potential. Inspiring others through our own action and educating from the mistakes we learnt along the way.

We understand that each athlete is unique and requires a personalised approach to training and nutrition, which is why we work closely with each athlete to develop an individualised training plan that is tailored to their specific needs and goals.
