"I didn't know what I was doing until I met Jarrod. My goal for 2019 is to compete in the Victorian championships u75 novice/junior body building. In 3 weeks of Jarrod being my coach I have not only lost 10 kilos I have also been eating 5-6 meals a day. Jarrod in 3 weeks has changed my whole aspect on life for the better.

I first came to Jarrod complaining about a new restriction my dietitian had put me on. While complaining to Jarrod he straight up identified the issues present.
