What are the biggest problems in most contest preparation's?

Most bodybuilders and coaches get so obsessed with size that they often forget how critical shape is. In this field we note a lot of programs feature huge load thresholds and intensities with little focus on proportion and critical exercise selection to meet certain biomechanics for each individual. You can always put size on, if done correctly however completing hours of cardio, dieting and crunches won't fix your shape. A precise competition preparation will focus on sculpting and putting mass on in the right areas.

The reality of the industry with competing and building physiques is drugs are the only way, drugs being 'Performance Enhancement Drugs'. If you are yet to be exposed to this talk then yes this is the hard reality of what most bodybuilders and especially now female competitors are persuaded into. Performance Enhancement Drugs have their place in this sport within open federations however there is no special supplement or regime which is set to build you from a newcomer to a Pro Olympia athlete. The biggest mistake we see athletes make is to get too big, too fast, using too many drugs and allowing their stomachs to grow from internal organ growth. At no stage should ones health be compromised to Performance Enhancement Drugs, the sport of bodybuilding is a marathon and not a sprint. It is about unlocking ones natural potential and utilising both metabolic and neural adaptions in correspondence to a clinical nutritional and supplementation protocol. The one thing we hate to see is teenagers and young men buying into the myth that drugs are what make the physiques you see in the magazines.

We have formulated one of the most comprehensive systematic and scientific protocols which are customised to each athlete to excel their experience and results in order to prepare and maximise their stage presence. 

The time it takes to have a competitor in the best condition possible for stage is athlete dependent. We employ a 25 week cut off period for competition preparation especially for natural competitions. This is so we can ensure we have the most effective time to initiate some next level conditioning and shape to ensure you don't just compete but be in the top of your class/division. The longer you work with our coaches the better the outcomes for your overall package.
